PRIVACY & CONNECTIONS

How this website uses information.

Updated October 16, 2026.

Shopping and inquiries

Our public catalog can be browsed without an account. Inquiries sent by email go to MANNA Mushrooms of Texas. If Square payment links are enabled, Square handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. This website does not collect card details.

Owner Studio

Owner Studio uses ChatGPT sign-in and checks the approved owner email before allowing administration. Product settings, uploaded photos, campaign drafts, private business planning and publication records are stored in our website hosting. Public product information and gallery photos are visible to visitors. Business planning and connection credentials are restricted to server-side owner workflows.

AI campaign generation

When an administrator requests a campaign or artwork, the creative brief and relevant public catalog descriptions are sent to OpenAI. Private family-budget figures and social account credentials are not included. AI requests use the API’s store:false setting for text generation; provider security and retention policies may still apply. Generated marketing should be checked for accuracy.

Connected social accounts

When enabled and authorized, Google access is used to verify the MANNA YouTube channel and upload videos. Meta access is used to find the MANNA Facebook Page, verify its linked Instagram business account, and publish the selected business content. Authorization tokens are kept in private server storage and are never sent to public website pages or the AI generator. You can revoke access in the relevant Google or Meta account settings.

Hosting and contact

Our hosting and identity providers process the technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not currently run advertising trackers on this storefront. For questions or to request removal of business contact information or connected-account data, email jcalvin@2cproduction.com.
